Borderline 5-star venue and one of the best overall game-day experiences in Detroit. The building itself is clean, modern, and well run, with genuinely friendly staff and a ton happening the second you walk in. From a tech and production standpoint, LCA is elite—massive LEDs, lighting, pyro, and in-game presentation all hit hard and make games feel like an event, not just a seat and a scoreboard. Food is a real strength here, especially when you lean into Detroit. We went with Slow’s BBQ, and that ~$18 plate was absolutely worth it—solid portion, legit flavor, and one of the rare arena meals where you don’t walk away feeling fleeced. That’s Detroit doing Detroit things right: comfort food, done well, in a big-league setting. Overall food variety is strong and quality is better than most arenas. Prices are mostly what you’d expect… though $10.99 for a kid’s pop is still wild, even by arena standards. The concourses are packed with things to see and do, which is great—but fair warning, it’s loud. And not just crowd loud (which comes with the territory). The constant pumped-in music during gameplay and throughout the concourse can be a bit much at times. High energy is good; nonstop volume doesn’t always make it better. Giveaways are hit or miss. If you’re not lined up before doors open, assume they’re gone. The team store is exactly what you’d expect—great quality merch, Detroit pride everywhere, pricey prices, and often shoulder-to-shoulder crowds. Seating is generally comfortable with some really unique premium options mixed in. Suites look genuinely sweet—still working on my long-term plan to sneak into one someday. Parking is a little weird, but manageable. Best approach is finding a nearby garage and walking. We’ve had consistently good luck with the McLaren Garage next to Comerica Park—easy fit even for a truck and about a five-minute walk to the arena. Bottom line: LCA is a great venue that just misses a full 5 stars. Incredible production, strong Detroit-rooted food options (Slow’s being a standout), and plenty to do—dial the volume back a notch and it’s about as good as it gets.

I visited Little Caesars Arena for the first time to enjoy the Andrea Bocelli concert, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue was large, clean, and well-organized. Most of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, although one female security staff member at the entrance seemed less welcoming. Overall, our family had a great time at the concert and left feeling very happy.

Blown away how nice of a venue this is. Beautiful! We traveled in from out of state to catch a hockey game. Every staff member was polite and nice and even though we were wearing the visiting teams gear, they said on multiple occasions, welcome and hope you had a good time. Top notch. Only complaint I have are the seats...very tight. Outside of that, great place!

We had an awesome time. Arena was easy to get to. Game was great. We won 6-3. Bathrooms clean. No waiting lines. Great interactions with the crowd.

Some of the prices are way too high. And we could only afford the nose bleed seats I am almost 70 and climbing those stairs I had to stop because I had that deputations palpitations, perhaps they could make it easier on seniors with disabilities, and adults with autism and mental disabilities.like myself Other than that it really was a wonderful experience didn't have to wait in long line breezed right on through. Some of the refreshments were too rich for my blood. Next time I will have to eat before I get there, .thank you for the experience.

This place now holds a special place in my heart, because on July 24th 2025. I saw ghost with the fam and it changed me mentally and the experience was magical. And the arena was the best place to make that happen.

Was able to purchase tickets that included the Comerica Players Club as an add on. Obviously what I paid was steep but it was worth the money. This is one of 3 or 4 club experiences offered for Redwings games. We had seats in sections behind RW bench with access to the coolest restaurant that can be visited pre game and until beginning of 3rd period. The food was amazing and prepared, served Ala cart. All you can eat. Had salad bar, cold cut cheese bar, Cocktail bar and deserts. All in an awesome restaurant pavilion type seating right under the sections where you watch the game. Kid friendly, top notch experience. Vip restrooms. Staff was top tier and we had a great time. RW locker room is next door so you see the players walk through between periods. So cool. I believe there are less financially taxing options with the other game experience add-ons available. Worth it though even if its just one time.

This is a beautiful Arena. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very clean. I came to see Druski Security was on it. They made sure everyone was safe and sat in the right seats. I ordered food and it was hot and fresh. The bathrooms were also clean. The workers were constantly wiping everything down. I enjoyed myself,
